Is there an additional fee if a client pays by credit card?

Credit card processing fees are a little higher than ACH fees! Credit card fees are 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction, while ACH fee is 1.5%. Foreign transaction fees for credit cards will incur an additional 1% in addition to your transaction fee.

These fees are charged directly to the advisor and come directly out of the invoice amount that is paid (before it is paid out into your bank account).

Otherwise, there are no extra fees applied for credit card payments.
